1. How many capsules should I take a day?
We suggest that new users should take 3 capsules/day for the
first 4-6 weeks and thereafter as required to maintain.
2. When should I take my capsules?
Whilst you can take your capsules at any time of the day, we suggest
taking the capsules daily before meals with a glass of water.
3. How quickly will I see benefits?
Based on the many studies undertaken on this product over many
decades as well as feedback from customers, you should see benefits within
4-6 weeks.
1. I suffer from hay fever, will I have problems using Fx
prostate & bladder?
No, during manufacturing the allergens are destroyed. The pollen extracts
contains allergoids which desensitize people to pollen. In fact the main use
in Japan is to treat hay fever symptoms.
2. Can I take Fx prostate & bladder with other medication?
Whilst fx prostate & bladder is not known to interact with commonly
used medications, we would always suggest that anyone on medication
discusses including fx prostate & bladder in their diet with their GP or

3. Do I have to stop using Fx prostate & bladder before
surgery?
Most consultants and anaesthetists prefer all supplements to be
stopped prior to any surgery. We would suggest discussing this with your

4. I’ve got a stomach bug/cold/similar, should I stop

If you are feeling poorly, you can stop taking fx prostate & bladder

The capsules are gelatine. The extract is vegan. If the capsule is of
concern it can be opened and the contents added to food.

The consumption of drinks such as tea/coffee/alcohol can affect your body’s
ability to absorb nutrients from food as well as food supplements. We
suggest leaving around half hour after drinking tea/coffee/alcohol before
consuming fx prostate & bladder.

allergic or hypersensitive to flower pollen. Although the pollen is
mechanically collected (ie no bees involved), anyone with an intolerance of
